2003年，中交西筑与浙江八咏“联姻”，注定了以后不平凡的历程。第一套H3000型沥青搅拌设备驻扎绍兴上虞，后辗转至金华。先后服务于杭甬高速、上三高速、330国道、金义东南线等，累计出料量达300余万吨。2017年因不能满足当前环保等级要求，光荣退役。十四年的风风雨雨伴随八咏开创先河，载入史册。

2011年，中西筑与浙江八咏再次携手，第二套J5000型沥青搅拌设备矗立在国内首个经济特区——深圳，后辗转永康、浦江等地。先后参与深圳梅观高速、东永高速、杭金衢拓宽等，累计出料量150余万吨。

2017年，八咏一次采购2套全环保型SG3000沥青搅拌设备，分别放置在金华、东阳。参与330国道、金义东公路、金武公路、永武公路、44省道、227省道等，为浙江地区道路建设添砖加瓦。
